    Above is an image of a skeleton that is generally found in most male human beings. The skeleton of a male human is usually larger than a female. There is a difference in the cranium structure (which just makes it a different shape). The main difference is located at the pelvic girdle. Although not as massive as a male's pelvic girdle, a female's is wider, which helps them give birth and carry children.
